5TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

Re : BUILDING AND COMMON PROPERTY (MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT) ACT 2007
(“ACT 663”)

PROJECT: VISTA IMPIANA APARTMENT
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING


NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN THAT the 5th Annual General Meeting of Badan Pengurusan Bersama Vista
Impiana will be held at the Multipurpose hall of Vista Impiana on Sunday, 03, March at 10:00am to
address the following:

Agenda:
1. Opening address by the chairman of Badan Pengurusan Bersama Pangsapuri Vista Impiana
2. To deliberate the management account ending 31st March 2012 (a copy of the audited accounts for
the period April 2011-March 2012 and the management accounts as December 2012 is available at
the management office.
3. To confirm the purchase of Fire, Public Liability and Burglary insurances policies for the common
property.
4. Subject to subsection 23(2) of the above “Act”, to determine the amount to be paid by the parcel
owner/purchasers towards the Building Maintenance and Sinking fund for the maintenance and
management of the common property of the building.
5. To determine the interest payable by the purchasers in respect of the late payment charges towards
the Building Maintenance Fund.
6. Election of the Joint Management Committee Shall consists not less than five (5) and not more that
twelve (12) parcel owners/purchasers for term 2013/2014.
7. Other matters in connection with the maintenance of the common property of the building which is
to be submitted in writing to the secretary of the Joint Management Body (JMB) c/o management
office before closing of the office on 03 March 2013

In view of the above, kindly take note of the following:
• To present your NRIC during registration for verification purpose.
• To settle all outstanding maintenance charges up to 03 March 2013 in order to ensure you are
eligible to vote.
• If your payment is made after this notice, kindly bring along your official receipt for verification
purpose during registration of the meeting.
• To produce the jointly appointed proxy in the prescribed form as enclosed in order to vote at the
meeting (applicable for joint purchasers only)

    What will be the upcoming plans and upgrades for Vista Impiana besides doing a rock based landscaping and a not so waterproof shelter near Restoran PJ?
    How about extended shelters for all entrances during heavy rain? How about better team of security with more common senses? Their walkie-talkie not in service as well. good job!!!

    vehicles without car sticker..using a fake tag card..just waving to the security can access our premises..the guard don't even bother to check and just let them in..what system is this..all guards sitting at their chair at each entrance point..playing hand phone...sleeping..we pay maintenance fee to get this? dogs barking..residence bringing in pet..no check...your blog say creating a good home..how? pls advise... Ur JMB gang play takraw till late..no complain
    ..letting in member to do shifting during weekends..no complain..we residence complain to management office..they think we sing song...how? some houses ourside got junk yard..paints, cupboards, racks with all sort of rubbish...how? no clear also... we pay fee to stay next to junk yard? no action taken at all...!!!

      yeah, the guard seems clueless, they are not safeguarding the critical area. at the gate they should not push the button to assist someone exit and entering the premises. let the tenant themselves uses their card.

    hey what about the internet connection. for those who rely on the internet / unifi, we have not been able to access the internet let alone watch television some more in this General Election. Stop blaming TM and blaming everyone except yourself.
