1. Reference to the above, those with the knowledge relevant with CCTV installation may submit the proposal / quotation to the JMB before April 2011
2. For those who are interested, please submit tender to JMB Building Improvement Head Mr. K.C. Wong 012-2656466.

I think is fair enough, if you install CCTV in your own house for security purposes so what if it shows the opposite/adjourning houses as background..not like you are filming them on purpose.
