Refer to the above, kindly be informed RH management and JMB are in the midst of resolved this issue with the residents assistance as well. The temporary repairing work shall start on next week subject to the TM acceptable of Term & Conditions from JMB.

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING


NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN THAT the 5th Annual General Meeting of Badan Pengurusan Bersama Vista
Impiana will be held at the Multipurpose hall of Vista Impiana on Sunday, 03, March at 10:00am to
address the following:

Agenda:
1. Opening address by the chairman of Badan Pengurusan Bersama Pangsapuri Vista Impiana
2. To deliberate the management account ending 31st March 2012 (a copy of the audited accounts for
the period April 2011-March 2012 and the management accounts as December 2012 is available at
the management office.
3. To confirm the purchase of Fire, Public Liability and Burglary insurances policies for the common
property.
4. Subject to subsection 23(2) of the above “Act”, to determine the amount to be paid by the parcel
owner/purchasers towards the Building Maintenance and Sinking fund for the maintenance and
management of the common property of the building.
5. To determine the interest payable by the purchasers in respect of the late payment charges towards
the Building Maintenance Fund.
6. Election of the Joint Management Committee Shall consists not less than five (5) and not more that
twelve (12) parcel owners/purchasers for term 2013/2014.
7. Other matters in connection with the maintenance of the common property of the building which is
to be submitted in writing to the secretary of the Joint Management Body (JMB) c/o management
office before closing of the office on 03 March 2013

In view of the above, kindly take note of the following:
• To present your NRIC during registration for verification purpose.
• To settle all outstanding maintenance charges up to 03 March 2013 in order to ensure you are
eligible to vote.
• If your payment is made after this notice, kindly bring along your official receipt for verification
purpose during registration of the meeting.
• To produce the jointly appointed proxy in the prescribed form as enclosed in order to vote at the
meeting (applicable for joint purchasers only)
