4/B	Open tender for  new security services company Bertam is follow JMB procedure open tender and majority agreed by JMB members	19/11/10	RH	Bertam took the tender with offering the lowest price. confirmation by HOD Kheirul. HOD Security Kheirul instruct RH to terminate and deduct payment for existing security since shortage of man power supply. Bertam services started effective from 20/12/10.
4/C	Open tender for insurance. Kurnia insurance is follow JMB procedure open tender and majority agreed by JMB members	07/11/10	RH	Kurnia took the tender with offering the lowest price. confirmation by HOD Chan
