Re:Rental Car Park
Please be informed that Rental Car Park for those owner who want to rent a rental car park please submit your application to Management Office which the closing date on 17/12/2010.
Below herwith the term & condition:
1. Only Owner are allowed to register and all outstanding payments towards the maintenance account as at Decmeber 2010 Must be fully settled
2. To make full payment of rental at six (6) months x RM 30.00 per month + RM50.00 as the access card deposit (refundable upon cancelation) = RM230.00 upon successful comfirmation on balloting.
3. Owners are not allowed to rent to a 3rd party failing which the rental will be terminated immediately
4. Entitlement is one (1) parking lot per owner/units.
5. Owners must attend balloting on 19th December 2010 at 10:00 am at the Joint Management Body (JMB) meeting Room.
6. The Management & JMB reserve the rights to withdraw back the rental car park lot without any prior notice.
7. The Management JMB reserve the rights to change the Term & Conditions above without any prior notice. The change of T & C upon agreed by majority of JMB Members
